Um, you commenters DO know this is a REAL SPORT, right? And you didn't like the movie because this scene was too unrealistic for a BOND film?
Talk about "reality is unrealistic"... The guy doing these stunts helped invented the martial art on which the moves in Prince of Persia are based. That's why they hired him, to DO the stunts.
Oh well, on the bright side, we don't have to worry about Parkour being overexposed when MST3K fans have never heard of it.

The compensation model isn't the problem. The problem is the business model that generates enormous returns at the expense of the broader economy. And the ownership model which gives the real owners no dividends and no voice, allowing their savings to be chips on the poker table for Wall Street.
If the real problems are fixed, the method of compensation won't matter.

Just saw Casino Royale--I agree strongly with Shelly on this. I have never been a Bond fan, really, but thought this movie was very good and that Daniel Craig was totally awesome; by far the best Bond, IMO. The biggest part of it is that he was a straight-up killer; he chokes a guy to death in a bathroom! I love that they moved past the neatness of Bond's murders in this one.
Also, I agree totally that without the makeup Eva Green was almost terrifyingly hot. With it, just hot. Without it--wow.

My god is this a great movie. Martin Campbell saves the franchise again...Craig rocked this like I never expected and Eva Green...let's just take a moment to honor her hotness...:)
This was an origin story that I think effectively explained why James is so "love em and leave em". Fantastic from top to bottom and probably the best opening sequence of the series (and song imo)...using a casino theme throughout? Who ever would have thought to do that?:P

hah, did i tell you about the time nancy flipped out because she couldn't get the cash register to ring up a 20 cent charge for some copies? she started hammering on the buttons and kept on muttering, "i was there when shirley programmed this for miscelleneous charges." whenever something on the copy machine or cash register won't work, she seems to think that pounding on the same (wrong) buttons over and over will make it work.
i get the feeling that your notepad of crazy will be pretty thick by the end of the summer!]]>
