If you want to build nice strong muscles, you should have a healthy balanced muscle building diet as well as incorporating daily weight lifting work outs. only an essential diet can offer you the full benefits of your workouts and muscle building regime. Continuous weight lifting and other aerobic work outs will cause damage to your muscle fibers. They are mainly three different type; ectomorph-they can gain body weight fast, endomorph -body type having narrow upper body and mesomorph- large upper body and they can gain muscles fast. Consumption of more calories in your diet is very important because calories can help repair and strengthen the growth of muscle cells. however, choose good quality calories instead of unhealthy junk food materials. but if you are a mesomorph and planning to loose few pounds, don't bite more calories. Study your body type thoroughly and apply calories that your muscles need.

Healthy food is the real hero that can help your muscles grow ever bigger and nice. Choose from meal menu offering one to two grams of protein every day. Ectomorph and endomorphs are recommended more protein intakes. Eat protein rich sources like, chicken, fish, milk and egg, olive oil and nuts are also good for significant healthy fat contents. Carbohydrates also can help you a lot. when you are planning muscle building diet then you should never skip breakfast, because it is one of the most important meals for nicely shaped muscles. when you do skip, it may also hamper not only your health but also your good muscle building regime. Increase your meal frequency from three to five or six daily to work your body metabolism rate harder.

Incorporate tons of water in your diet. Water is the essential agent that helps your intestine metabolize meals and muscle building process. Drink two to four litters of water daily instead of taking alcohol and soft drinks that contains calories with no nutritional values and harmful sugar contents. you can achieve your muscle building goals by integrating protein powder to your diet.
