Question by Little Polish Princess: Can someone help me interpret my dream?
I know I put this in the "wrong" category, I tried putting this under dream interpretation but i didn't recieve an answer.
A bit of background information - My husband is in the military going though pilot training and I had this dream the night before we found out if he was going to be flying heavy aircraft of fighters. I don't know if that information helps but anyway.
My husband and I were walking around looking at things, trees, sand, buildings, when I look to my right and see a concrete hole and I say that would make a nice swimming pool if someone filled it with water. Then I look to my left and see a very large hole made in the dirt and I say that would make a nice pool too. As soon as I said that a huge wave about two story's high with filthy ocean water the water neither started nor ended as far as the eye could see, splashes down and fills the hole up. Just as it did that the wave started coming after us. We ran into a dark room, there was very little light and the only furniture in the room was a folding table with a toy truck on it. My husband starts to play with the truck and it makes a clicking noise (like click, click, click, pop) I hear the pop and I look at the truck, there is now a small toy figure with its head sticking out of a hatch. I look at my husband who decides he wants to keep playing with the toy, I pull him away and yell that it is a bomb so we ran out of the room just as the toy explodes. When we get outside there are some people standing around looking sad I ask what is wrong and then I notice two caskets along the wall one draped in an american flag. The men tell my husband that he needs to identify one of the bodies so he goes over to the casket and it was one of his instructor pilots, in my dream he had died because of a bomb exploded while he was overseas, in real life he is just fine and here in the states. My husband starts to cry which gets me to cry, we then go into this cave near the caskets and I look to my left to see these zombie looking people with white faces, black eyes and black lips, looking at us from behind a section of the cave. I get scared and tell my husband to go with me to get away from the scary creatures. We head off to another part of the cave where there is a light and there are six more zombie creatures saying they need one more person to do the "Dance of the Dead" there is both my husband and I there so they said they will just use us both. I then woke up.
Please help me try to sort out my dream. I can't stop thinking about it.
P.S. Please do not just give me a link to a website. I never go to them. I want someones opinion that hears my dream.

Ok, so one thing you can try is summing up what happened in the dream in more general terms. You walked past two holes that you seem to have seen as an opportunity for something nice (a pool), then an overwhelming wave of ocean water filled them.
Next scene, you've found something nice to play with, but then discover that it's a bomb, dangerous.
These two seem to have similar qualities, how they particularly describe your unsconscious understanding of whats going on in your life I can't say. The rest of it is even more interesting, but too hard for me to try to interpret-- I just don't know you that well, but you know yourself pretty well, so you might be able to get something from it.

your imagination is great, and being driven by fear for your husbands life. Don't worry there is nothing in your dream that means anything.

Trees
To see lush green trees in your dream, symbolize new hopes, growth, desires, knowledge, and life. It also implies strength, protection and stability. You are concentrating on your own self-development and individuation. Sand
To see sand in your dream, signifies a shift in perspective or a change in your attitude. Consider the familiar phrase, "the sands of time" in which it may be suggesting that you are wasting your time or letting time pass you by.
To see wet sand in your dream, indicates that you are lacking a sense of balance in your life. Building
To see a building in your dream, represents the self and the body. How high you are in the building indicates a rising level of understanding or awareness. If you are in the lower levels of the building, then it refers to more primal attitudes and/or sexuality. If you are scaling or climbing a building in your dream, then it indicates that you are getting carried away by your ambitions. Hole
To see a hole in the ground, denotes hidden aspects of your activities. On the other hand, it may mean that you are feeling hollow or empty inside. This dream may be an awakening for you to get out and expose yourself to new interests and activities. Alternatively, the dream may be a pun on "wholeness' or completeness. Ocean
To see an ocean in your dream, represents the state of your emotions and feelings. It is indicative of some spiritual refreshment, tranquility and renewal. Table
To see a table in your dream, represents social unity and the potential for a meeting or gathering. It refers to your social and family connections. If the table is broken, wobbly or not functional, then it suggests some dissension in a group or sense of insecurity. Perhaps there is something you cannot hold inside any longer and need to bring it out in the open. Bomb
To see a bomb in your dream, indicates that you may be going through a potentially explosive and trying situation in your waking life. The bomb could represent repressed desires and unexpressed emotions that are likely to explode or burst if not dealt with soon. It could be something within yourself, such as the desire to explode with anger over an issue that's affecting you. Coffin
To see a coffin in your dream, symbolizes the womb. It also signifies your thoughts and fears of death. If the coffin is empty, then it suggests that you are having some irreconcilable differences. Alternatively, the coffin represents ideas and habits that you are no longer of use and can be buried. Pilot
To dream that you are a pilot, indicates that you are in complete control of your destination in life. You are confident and self-assured in your decisions and accomplishments.
Well clearly you are stressed about your husband becoming a pilot, and the threads of this dream, such as I was able to find suggest that too. The hope and growth of change in attitudes, being carried away with ambitions, new interest and activities, lifes ups and downs. The table suggest you are sturdy, I couldn't find anything on the toy truck. The bomb suggest explosive situations and differences and control. Yahoo limits the space we have to answer, so you might really want to check out dream moods .com to see if you can find more answers.

when you dream you dream in symbols. these symbols are created in your subconscious to help you deal with problems in your life that you can't or won't deal with in the awake state. your dream indicates your fears of what is going on in the area where your husband will be going once he finishes flight training, or at least where you fear he will be going. the water that over takes you in waves indicates that all you are going through is overwhelming to you. the fact that the water is dirty indicates that you feel that your husband has a dirty job to do. the zombies indicate all the people who have died fighting in the war that is going on and your fear that your husband could be the next to die.the cave indicates a place of fear. (lots of people have a very strong fear of caves since they are dark, cold, smelly places) it is not an uncommon one the way that things are going right now and an understandable one. all you can do for your husband right now is to say your prayers every day asking for his protection. the darkness that you experience in your dream indicates the darkness that you and your husband are facing during the war that o

Hey i hope i can help but to me it sounds like your worried about your husband.I think u think something going to happen to him.As for his instructor pilot dieing,i think that means if something like that happened u would want to be there for him and share that pain with him.The zombies resemble terrorists or some bad people that would aim to hurt your husband and/or his squad.Hope this helps u.

"A dream is a wish your heart makes." Remember that song? That is what I think of every time someone talks about the meanings of dreams. I believe that our dreams portray things we wish or even things that have happened that we wish we could change. Sometimes I will wake up from a strange dream and question what the meaning was; but honestly we probably never know because dreams may just be a jumbled mess of things on your mind.

It is surprising that a home inspector would try to quote swimming pool remodeling or swimming pool repairs since they require a specialty swimming pool contractor to properly assess and estimate the work. Work for remodeling swimming pools should be done by professional pool contractors and I do think he was a little out of his scope in quoting the swimming pool repairs. We have pool contractors in orange county and southern california you can check out for complete swimming pool remodeling services and links to good swimming pool repairs, swimming pool service, acid washing pools and swimming pool inspections.

EXACTLY, Hotspur. That is exactly the crux of this situation. The School stepped on its dick (nothing new there), but even more disturbing is the idea that Mexican-Americans could be somehow offended by the American Flag.
Shouldn't the American flag be part of the celebration of Cinco De Quatro (yes, forever it will have that name for me) for Mexican-Americans?

I'm glad that you and your doggy are safe. I remember, a long time ago, hiking in California, I slid off the side of a ten foot diameter bolder and landed about two feet from a sleeping rattle snake. Lucky for me it didn't wake up until I was out of range and only then started to rattle. That kind of thing triggers a reaction from our evolutionary past and gives quite a jolt of adrenaline, doesn't it?No fun for the snake either, I'm sure.Last night I had a dream that I had a dream that an old college buddy came to visit me wearing a dark green trench coat. Then I dreamed that while I was awake, he actually showed up and was wearing a dark green trench coat, and so was I. So, while I can't say I have had a dream that predicted the future, I had a dream that I had a dream that predicted the future. Not what you were looking for. Sorry. And maybe that dream was influenced by your dream question. Perhaps, with patience and promotion, your blog will become filled with participants with more relevant comments. I think that would be great.]]>

7. There's a man on 43rd street in Manhattan, a block away from grand central station. Every day this guy sets up a table, and puts out cardboard boxes full of unopened plastic packages. Future Cardboard Gods, I guess you could call them. This block isn't particularly tourist-filled, as they'd run towards the 'I Heart NYC' stores or be too busy glancing up to see the Chrysler building tower over Grand Central to notice a simple folding table cluttered with boxes and boxes of cards.
It's the office guys who stop. It's hard not to, when an unopened silver package of 15 cards has Ken Griffey Jr. on it's cover with '$3.50 or 2/$5' scribbled on it in black marker glisten shines up at you.
That guy is a priest. And that folding table is an alter for the Cardboard Gods. =)

Even to otherwise liberal thinkers?
But now there’s a “huge wave of alternatives” for Thinking Parents in education as well as adoption, and choosing among them is about love and family empowerment, not about being desperate and anti-social — all sorts of families opt to not do traditional school for their own good reasons, despite social taboos and cultural strictures.
In so doing, we help create new family portraits, new kinds of family and parenting, maybe a whole different world. . . ]]>
